Had a fantastic experience with this tech shop... I ordered a resin printer that unfortunately had a defect. I reached out to them, and they were super quick to reply, arranging for the return shipping at no cost to me... They even let me switch to a different 3D printer model once they got the first one back, and they sent the new one out right away... Myles and James were incredibly helpful, providing detailed info on choosing the right printer. Even though the initial printer had issues, they made the whole process enjoyable... I highly recommend these folks for their expertise and service... Thanks a bunch...

I placed an order for a 3D printer on the 26th of December. The site didn’t say anything about being closed during that time, and even promised delivery by Wednesday if I made the purchase that day, plus they threw in a 5% discount to sweeten the deal. When my package didn’t arrive on Wednesday, I reached out via email (since no one picks up the phone) to find out when it would show up. I was told the next day that 'it has shipped, so you can expect your parcel in the next couple of days.' The following day, when it still wasn’t showing up on the DPD app, I requested the parcel consignment details, which I got the next day. As I’m writing this on January 3rd, the package is STILL not with DPD, so I’ve wasted a whole week waiting and now I’m back to work tomorrow, meaning I won’t be around to get the delivery. Absolutely terrible service, with almost snarky replies (in all caps and huge fonts) from Natasha. I won’t be coming back to them again.

This company and their service are just awful; they really scam you when there's an issue with your item. I ordered a 3D printer, and it got here pretty quickly. However, the condition was terrible, and it seemed like it was a display model based on how it was set up. I ended up wasting a lot of time and money trying to fix it, and the support they offered was practically useless—what they suggested was just nonsense. After sending the item back, they came up with every excuse under the sun to blame user error and took 10% of what I paid for the defective product. I got the printer on sale for 259, but they’re now charging 270 for a used one. So not only are they making a profit, but they also scam you out of 10% of your money, even though it was within the 30-day return period and the item was faulty. They might come on here claiming they helped, but that’s just a lie. All they did was provide terrible service and take your cash, so don’t believe the rep. If you’re in the UK, steer clear of these scammers.
